It is an inexpensive way to get started with coaching that will give you a solid foundation from which to judge whether coaching
is the right choice for you and if I'm the right coach.

The test drive gives you three full weeks of coaching for only a fraction of the coaching contract price. It is real world coaching,
no corners cut, no "short" sessions. It is the beginnings of full blown coaching--the foundational meetings that every coaching
client goes through.

Here are the three weeks of coaching you get:

Week 1: Discussing your coaching objectives and goals.
Week 2: Set specific goals to accomplish and set detailed agenda.
Week 3: Coaching session based on the established agenda

Each week there is a homework assignment that builds on that week's session and prepares for the following week's session.

The goals we set, the agenda we set are yours, not mine. The pace is your pace--but with a push to stretch you further and
further.

Do you have a sales team of 3 to 10 that all need coaching? Then group coaching could be perfect for your team. Groups are
made up of 3 to 10 sellers who all have the same basic needs. Coaching sessions are virtually the same, the difference being
the goals and agenda is focused on the common needs of group members.
